Hey guys..
I know I haven't been updating my blog in a long while..so just dropping a note here to say hi! heee..i am not exactly very busy here..i am just lazy to update my blog esp when i am not travelling and there's nothing much to update coz life in warsaw is pretty much the same everyday..but tonight i am going to prague, vienna and budapest for 9 days so for sure i will update my blog after that..and on may 12th, i will go sky diving! it costs 400 bucks..inclusive of videoing and oh man..i am so excited but kinda a bit scared now..i made my decision in like 15 minutes man..didnt even think about the so called consequences of a failed parachute etc..
anyway..i have made many good friends on this exchange..that i am very thankful for..esp my roommate! my german cum greek roommate, Barbara is very nice and cooks very well (i have been learning lots from her..haha yah right) and my other good friends here..one is also a german (ruth) and an argentinian (patricio)..i have also made some good friends from smu..so yup..life's good and fun here coz of the company!
anyway the weather has finally changed for the better! (hope it doesnt suddenly drop to below 10 again! the weather here is erratic) i'm perspiring as i type this in my room!
oh man..i really crave chinese food..all my wanton mee..yong tau foo and ban mian..and porridge! and that day i tried cooking porridge (from scratch! i didnt cheat and use chicken stock!) and it was real good..haha..ok..not bad la huh! just thinking about pasta, kebabs and pizza makes me nauseous..serious..not exaggerating..you know we were at pizzahut and i opted for a SALAD instead of pasta/pizza! it is that bad..i would usually never order a salad if i had a choice but i actually did...
i have come up with my plans for the final big trip after my term ends..i decided to cut down on a lot of countries and cities because after running around like crazy in switz..i finally realised how tiring travelling could be..towards the last few days in switz..i just was so tired i didnt wanna see anything anymore..we were changing cities everyday! and on one day, we were in 3 cities! its crazy..i'll never do that again..so here goes..
1st stop germany - berlin, hamburg, leipzig, dresden
next - italy - milan, venice, florence, rome
next- france - paris, lille??
next - spain - basque country, barcelona
next - amsterdam
then - london
then - warsaw again
then germany - frankfurt, bavaria?, munich, stuggart
and then back home!
