Hi everyone... =)
I'd like to share something that John Loong shared today.
'There was a seasoned travellor who was driving when he came to a road sign that said: ROAD CLOSED. DO NOT ENTER. He looked ahead and saw that the road looked good and the right way. So he went ahead and travelled on the road. After travelling for some time, he came before a broken bridge, and found that he couldn't go further. So he had to turn back. When he returned back, he saw the back of the road sign that said: WELCOME BACK STUPID.'
'In life, we can have to make choices.
First you make the choices, then the choices make you.'
'Joshua 24:14-15 says '' Now fear the Lord and serve him with all faithfulness. Throw away the gods your forefathers worshiped beyond the River and in Egypt, and serve the Lord. But if serving the Lord seems
undesirable to you, then
choose for yourself this day whom you will serve, whether the gods your forefathers served beyond the River, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you are living. But as for me and my household, we will serve the Lord.''
'Deuteronomy 30:19 says ''This day I call heaven and earth as witnesses against you that I have set before you life and death, blessings and curses. Now
choose life, so that you and your children will live.''
'1 Kings 18:21 says ''...
How long will you waver between two opinions? If the Lord is God, follow him; but if Baal is God, follow him.''
'Don't say ''
If only..... If only I had more time.... If only God can don't deal with that issue..... If only my parents were Christians... If only I had more money.....'
'Yes, the cost is real. but you won't know when it'll be too late. you won't know which day you, or anyone around you will die. Turn back when there is still time, before it's too late.'
'Some people, like the travellor, turned back, but he lost precious time. Some others didn't even have the chance to turn back.'
'Now that you are only 14 days past in this new year, think about the choices you make. Yes, God sets certain standards and requires commitment to Him. But don't waste this year away only to go a big round back.'
i think the message today is relevant to all of us in our own ways. Do think about it. Don't move away from this page too quickly. While you still have the time.

This SATURDAY 20th JANUARY... meet in SER's house by 4pm.
To the guys: please bring drinks (compulsory), food(optional), come clean and bathed and smelling good and preferably without wax/gel(own preference). And
come prepared to showcase your item to the cell!!! individual item k.
