hello everyone! haven been to this blog for really very very very long.. everything still looks good here except on the less-frequent entries as well as on the tagboard.. ELSHADDIANS! WAKE UP! =x
anyway, it's really good to be back in church, worshipping god on sunday morning. well, for those who ain't updated of my news, i'm currently a recruitment consultant in a recruitment firm. wanna look for job, can look for me. i'll try to help in someways if i can.
throughout this period of time really make me think and mature alot. first month into the job, i already encountered cases like candidates playing me out and seriously it doesn't feel good at all. haha what goes around comes around eh.. that's what i did to recruitment consultants before i joined this line. really see different side of singaporeans. the kiasu side, the kiasi side and not forgeting, those with acting potentials. but it certainly feels good to be at the other side of the table, conducting the interviews. lots of unforeseen circumstances which sometimes sets you on cold feet especially when it concerns how ure going to perform for that month. and over this 1 month, i'm also greatly challenged. Challenged with finding super specialised engineering positions that can really make me feel hopeless about. but nevertheless, i really wanna thank god that just when i was about to start complaining, one potential candidate with the right calibre pop up in my window that shut my complaining. Even though some might seem really potential, each failed interview at my client's side will actually made me learn more about what engineering is all about, thou it's a little too big a price to pay sometimes.
aiyah, i think i continue another day la.. too many things to say. haha gonna log off..
